Below is the letter I felt compelled to write to them:
"I am writing to express my frustration with Beyond The Rack (BTR). This is the second time I've placed an order with BTR, and this is the second time it has taken over six weeks to receive my order. I placed this second order on May 20, 2011 for Black Adrienne Vittadini Wedges. I find it completely absurd that a simple shoe order could take such an outstretched length of time to deliver. As it stands, by the time the summer shoe gets to me, the season will be over and I will not have the opportunity to wear the shoe. If you have any sympathy at all you will refund me the full amount and move on."
