The Hills blurb of week 3

"I feel like I'm in a nightmare" is how Spencer said he feels about his relationship with Heidi in last night's episode of the Hills, yet she continues to stay with him. But I must say that I was cracking up after he said it! Also, did you notice how skinny Heidi's sister Holly looked last night? Someone caught a glimpse of herself on television last season and decided to take up the Mary Kate diet... what a difference LA can make! P.S. Brody's new girlfriend is not cute.
