I hate Beyond The Rack! cont'd

Coincidentally they respond that the shoes are in their warehouse today:

"Thank you for contacting BTR. We sincerely apologize for the delay.

Your shoes have been received from the supplier and are currently being processed in our warehouse. They will soon be packaged for the next scheduled pickup with our courier. An email notification will be sent to you with the tracking number. You will be receiving the shoes shortly and will hopefully enjoy wearing them for the rest of the summer!

I hate Beyond The Rack!

Below is the letter I felt compelled to write to them:

"I am writing to express my frustration with Beyond The Rack (BTR).  This is the second time I've placed an order with BTR, and this is the second time it has taken over six weeks to receive my order.  I placed this second order on May 20, 2011 for Black Adrienne Vittadini Wedges.  I find it completely absurd that a simple shoe order could take such an outstretched length of time to deliver.  As it stands, by the time the summer shoe gets to me, the season will be over and I will not have the opportunity to wear the shoe.  If you have any sympathy at all you will refund me the full amount and move on."

Step away from the plastic

I'm doing everything in my power not to buy these fabulous Rachel Rachel Roy sandals.  Don't you just love the color scheme, the subtle animal print, that sexy heel?!  My new car fund will not allow for this purchase to happen so someone please zap my brain so that I can forget I saw them!

She does it again

If you're like me you're completely obsessed with Jennifer Lopez.  And if you're like me you cannot get enough of how amazing she looks in her "I'm Into You" music video.  She's a freak!  But the thing that really caught my eye was the incredibly gorgeous Lanvin dress she's wearing accompanied with a head wrap.  Thanks Stylish Me for finding it on Net-A-Porter, but the flipping dress is over $5,000!!!

So this led me to see if I could find something much much much cheaper that looked comparable. These dresses are very cute from Asos.com and all under $300.

Bag craze

I am so excited for my girlfriend who was able to find and pull the trigger on the much coveted Bristol bag since worn by Pippa (sister to the Duchess of Cambridge).  She too got it in shark, also known as gray, and at a fabulous price.

I haven't seen all of the looks yet from last night's MET Ball in NYC, but I cannot imagine anyone out there topping my girl Eva Mendes.  I am dying right now over how absolutely gorgeous and stylish she looks!  Her vibrant pleated dress is by Stella McCartney.
