Ever since I saw this look on J Lo at American Idol I've been obsessed with it.  Unfortunetly I couldn't find the look on J Lo herself.  I guess they keep American Idol pics on a tight leash.  Do the extentions people make braided ponytails, or do I have to go and buy a bunch of hair to create it on my own?

I am dying over the Spring 2011 Lanvin shoe collection.  I first saw a pair on fashion police worn by some actress who I cannot remember her name at the moment, and have been insane for them ever since.  Where can I find something similar with a stiletto heel this skinny?
